With over a decade of experience in wellness, I bring together a Master’s degree in Ayur Yoga, a 200-hour Yoga Alliance certification, and specialized training in Ayurveda, mindfulness, and yoga therapy to provide holistic, tailored solutions that empower individuals to align with their true selves.

Learning from the Source

My journey to offering authentic practices has taken me around the world. I have traveled extensively to learn from renowned teachers and authentic sources, including multiple trips to India. There, I studied Hatha Yoga under the guidance of traditional gurus, immersing myself in the roots of yoga and its ancient wisdom. This global perspective enriches my teaching, allowing me to combine traditional practices with modern insights.

Ongoing Education

For over 10 years, I have been dedicated to educating myself and sharing my knowledge through teaching groups and individuals. My commitment to continuous learning has allowed me to stay at the forefront of wellness practices, ensuring I provide the highest quality guidance. This journey has included opportunities such as teaching yoga in a school in India on International Yoga Day, an experience highlighted in an article by the Hindustan Times.
